At werispezials.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Because hosiery is considered an intimate and delicate apparel category, we follow specific guidelines to ensure product hygiene and customer safety.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The hygiene seal (if applicable) is intact and unbroken.

  • The product shows no signs of wear, stretching, or damage.

  • The return request is made within [7 days—commonly 14 or 30 days] of delivery.

Note:
For hygiene reasons, opened or tried-on hosiery cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or worn hosiery (including tights, socks, stockings, and shapewear)

  • Items purchased on final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Mystery/clearance items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).

If rejected:

If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

4. Exchanges

We currently do/ do not accept exchanges.
(Choose one—most hosiery brands do not allow exchanges due to hygiene.)

If exchanges are allowed:
Customers must return the original unused item first.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within [3 days] of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
